The Peter O’Neill Gallery in St, Augustine, Fl. is Peter’s flagship gallery. Upon his arrival in St. Augustine in 1996, Peter worked as a street artist for a year before opening a small store front. The gallery moved several locations before settling on the historic site of 130 St. George St. and has been there for 12 years. It is only fitting that the gallery is directly across from the palm tree that he used to set up his easel when he first worked as a street artist. The gallery also proudly displays the Greyhound bus ticket that brought him to St. Augustine.
Having built a strong following in his years as a street artist, Peter’s art work hangs in many bed and breakfasts and cafes around town.
The gallery itself is located 2 blocks from the bay front and the iconic Bridge of Lions and 1 block from the renowned Flager College. Historic St. George St. is a tourist destination and one of the most traveled and visited pedestrain streets in the nation.
